OAuth tokens encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM); we never see your password.

Snapshots live in a private bucket; downloads are short-lived signed links (15 min).

Every backup and restore is logged. Completed snapshots older than your retention window are removed during daily cleanup, including your last backup. Active backups and restores finish first. Contact us to request complete deletion.

Does it restore into a different workspace?
Yes. Restore into a new workspace, leaving the backed-up one untouched, or back into the same workspace to bring back only what is missing.
What happens if my token expires?
Linear tokens rotate daily; we refresh them automatically. If access is revoked, backups ask you to reconnect the workspace.
How often can I back up?
Once a day per workspace, at the hour you choose (UTC), plus one manual run per workspace every 24 hours (a failed one doesn't count).
Where is data stored?
Cloudflare R2, a private bucket under its EU jurisdiction, as gzip-compressed JSON. The application runs in Germany.
What if we exceed our plan?
Members: backups continue for 7 days while you upgrade or reduce active members, then new backups and restores pause until you are within the limit. Storage: backups keep running, but new files from Linear are no longer copied until you free up space (shorter retention, fewer workspaces) or upgrade.
How much storage is included?
3 GB per paid member, pooled across all your workspaces: 15 GB on Starter up to 300 GB on Scale. It counts the snapshots you keep plus the files copied from Linear, each file once. The dashboard shows how much is left.
