BackupLatte is preparing to launch. Account creation and backups are not available yet. Join the waitlist for updates.

Your account

A BackupLatte account is an email address and a password. It owns the workspaces you connect, their backups and your subscription.

Sign up and sign in

• Sign up in the app with Create an account. The password needs at least 8 characters.
• Sign in with the same email and password. You stay signed in for up to 7 days of inactivity.
• Log out at the top of the app ends the session on that browser.

Forgotten password

The app has no self-service password reset yet. Write to [email protected] from the account's email address and we will help you back in.

Several people, one account

An account belongs to one person. Workspaces, backups and billing are not shared between accounts, and a restore can only write into workspaces connected under the same account. If your team needs several people to reach the backups, share access to the account the way your team shares other service accounts, and keep the password in a password manager.
